The Autel MaxiSYS MA800 is an advanced mobile ADAS calibration system built for precise target positioning and efficient in-shop or mobile workflows. Dual laser positioning, mirror alignment, and independent pitch, roll, and yaw adjustment help technicians place targets accurately, while compatible MaxiSYS tablets validate target height, target distance, and vehicle-to-frame distance against OEM-specified tolerances.
Innovative Alignment Stand
A redesigned alignment stand underpins the MA800’s setup accuracy, working with dual lasers, mirror alignment and precision frame adjustment to help technicians position calibration targets quickly, accurately and repeatedly.
Dual Laser Positioning
Deploys off the front bumper bar to establish the correct vehicle centreline, speeding up accurate frame positioning before calibration.
Mirror Alignment
Works alongside the laser system to align the calibration frame precisely to the vehicle.
Precision Pitch, Roll & Yaw Adjustment
A major step up from the MA600, with independent pitch, roll and yaw adjustment that compensates for uneven floors, ride-height variation and other real-world setup conditions.
Validate With Confidence
Sends target height, target distance and vehicle-to-frame distance straight to a compatible MaxiSYS tablet, which checks each measurement against OEM tolerances — confirming setup is correct before calibration starts.

Built on the proven MA600 platform, the Autel MaxiSYS MA800 combines a lightweight four-piece modular frame with dual laser positioning, mirror alignment, and independent three-axis adjustment. The system helps technicians position ADAS calibration targets quickly and repeatably while reducing manual measuring and setup guesswork.
Critical measurements are transmitted to a compatible ADAS-enabled Autel MaxiSYS tablet and compared with OEM-specified tolerances before calibration begins. The tool-free frame disassembles in approximately 60 seconds for convenient transport and compact storage. According to Autel, the MA800 supports more than 95% of Domestic, Asian, and European ADAS-equipped vehicles and works with Autel targets for forward-facing cameras, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Detection, and Around View Monitoring applications.
