All brand new genuine Autel products purchased with a factory warranty form 90-day to 300-day. Customer can choose 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, 4-year, 5-year Premium or Standard dealer warranty in New Zealand. Autel NZ may offer different delivery methods for warranty service, including but not limited to parts and product dispatches, mail-in service and onsite service. Renewals and extensions of your warranty may also be available after you purchase your product(s). To determine the warranty that came with your hardware product(s), or the warranty renewal or extension that you purchased, see your packing slip, invoice, receipt or other sales documentation. All used Autel products supplied by authorised NZ Dealer should be warrant over 30-day by Autel NZ. Additional details related to warranty duration are listed below.
Does Autel NZ cover the Autel products buying from overseas?
The answer is yes. Autel NZ as the initial brand Supplier we are taking care of all the Autel products users in New Zealand. Most of genuine Autel products come with Factory Warranties, and can be covered under Factory Warranty conditions. You can email through your products Series Number and the model number to make the enquiry. As it has IP restriction in New Zealand, some products need to pay for converting fees to transfer the warranty to Autel NZ.
How much to convert my Autel product to NZ version?
It’s depending on the model and where is the product from. Autel NZ will only convert the genuine and standard products to NZ version and the price is from 20 to 699.
Can I extend my Autel coverage?
Yes, you can contact your local dealer for a price list.
May I transfer the Autel warranty?
Standard and factory warranties on systems may be transferred if the current owner transfers ownership of the system. Premium warranty can be transferred only if it conducts between two companies and records the transfer with us. Otherwise the Premium warranty may downgrade to Standard warranty.
What is not covered Autel warranty?
Autel warranty does not cover:
· Non-Autel Software(Autel App and Operating System is covered by Premium Software)
· Non Autel-branded products and accessories
· Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
· External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
· Servicing not authorized by Dell
· Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
· Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
· Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Autel NZ.
· Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Autel.
· Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
· Products for which Autel or Autel NZ has not received payment such as fake MD802 MP408 and some defective MS906 that illegal to sell in the market.
